3. Purpose of the service

Rendio is an information and analytics tool. It aggregates publicly available residential listing data from the Spanish market and combines it with public reference data (Catastro, INE Housing Price Index, ECB Euribor) to produce algorithmic deal-scoring outputs. Rendio is not a real-estate agent, broker, intermediary, or financial adviser. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Outputs are estimates and not guarantees.

4. Intellectual property

The site layout, written content, brand assets, scoring methodology, and algorithmic outputs are the intellectual property of the operator and are protected by Spanish and EU intellectual-property law. Listing data displayed on the site remains the property of its respective sources. Unauthorised reproduction, scraping, or redistribution is prohibited.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided strictly for informational purposes. The operator makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, or fitness for any particular purpose of any data, score, or estimate published on the site. Property markets, tax regimes, and applicable regulations change continuously. Any decision taken in reliance on the site is taken at the user's sole risk. Nothing in this clause limits any non-excludable consumer protection under Spanish or EU law.
